Topping Out Review is a small editorial site about one question: how to buy a UK home before it is built without being caught out. We write for first-time buyers, movers and small investors, and we try to be specific about costs, contract clauses and the limits of what any brochure can tell you. Where we cite rules, we point to official pages such as GOV.UK, and where we use an example number we label it as an illustration. We reference the UK off plan listings on OffPlanProperties because they are a convenient way to see which schemes exist, but we do not speak for it. Nothing here is financial, tax or legal advice.
